Dindon Kids ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information in connection with all mobile applications published by Dindon Kids (collectively, "Apps").

Our Apps are designed for children aged 3-7 and are intended to be used under parental supervision. We comply with applicable privacy laws, including the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

2. Information We Collect

Information from parents/guardians:

• Subscription information (managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• Contact information if you reach out to us directly via email

Information stored on-device only:

Our Apps may ask for a child's first name and age to personalize the experience (e.g., greeting the child by name, adapting content to their age). This information is stored exclusively on the user's device and is never collected, transmitted, or accessible by us or any third party. Game progress (completed activities) is also stored only on the device.

Information we do NOT collect from children:

• Photos, videos, or audio
• Location data
• Contact lists or social media accounts
• Browsing history or search queries

Analytics:

We do not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or behavioral data.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

Our Apps provide a 7-day free trial period upon first installation. During this period, all content is fully accessible without any payment or card registration. After the trial, a selection of content remains free indefinitely, while the full library requires a subscription.

We offer subscription plans (monthly, yearly, and lifetime). All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment card details or billing information. 4. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve our Apps
• To analyze anonymous usage patterns and fix bugs
• To respond to parent/guardian inquiries
• To manage subscriptions (through platform providers)

Our Apps contain no advertising. We do not display ads, use ad tracking, or share any data with advertising networks.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties. We do not share any data with advertising networks, analytics providers, or other third-party services.

7. Data Storage & Security

All user data (child's name, age, and game progress) is stored exclusively on the user's device. No data is transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not operate any servers that collect or process user data. Subscription status is managed by Apple or Google through their respective platforms.

8. Parental Rights

Parents and guardians have the right to:

• Review any personal information we have collected
• Request deletion of their data
• Refuse further collection of information
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through their App Store or Google Play account

Our Apps are designed for children under 13, used under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
